    We were from out of town and needed arrangements for my mom's memorial service held at Rainbow Baptist Church in November. Communication was great - by phone, email, text, and in person. Flowers were safely delivered to the hotel where we were staying. The arrangements were perfect with all the flowers and colors my mom loved. What might have been very stressful went smoothly with Wiley's Flowers.

    My dear friend that sent these flowers is so sweet. These flowers were almost completely wilted upon delivery. The last delivery, the flowers were great for well over a week. I was not home when your driver called the first time. I returned her call as soon as I received the call. But it was later in the afternoon before I was called again for delivery.

    Wonderful experience, I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my sister and the beautiful flowers arrived with a nicely handwritten note but without chocolates. I called to inquire and they were so kind and apologetic and offered to deliver the chocolates first thing the next day. They did exactly that in a cute little bag (with probably more chocolate than I had paid for lol). Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

    Very professional. Beautiful arrangements. Understanding and caring. If something gets mis communicated they will make it right. As in my case. I order from the internet, Flowershop Network, and some how Wiley's never received it. I received a really nice email from them apologizing. They got on it, got the order and delivered right away! Which actually wasn't their fault. Super nice people. They even added extra flowers in the bouquet, which was beautiful. I will definitely use them again!

    I cannot thank Wiley Flower Shop enough for creating the most gorgeous floral arrangements and accents for my magical wedding day. I walked into this shop with a few scatter-brained ideas for what I thought I wanted for the Big Day. They were extremely patient with me and took my ideas and turned them into the most unique and beautiful creations.     I ordered flowers to be delivered on Thursday and they were not delivered until Friday. It was a beautiful arrangement, but I was really disappointed that they didn't get there on time. When I called early on Friday morning I was assured that they had been sent on Thursday---but they had NOT been!
