    Received 3 arrangements on Friday , and by Tuesday they were wilted. Made sure water was clean and left on my desk at work. Disappointed they didn't last longer than 4 days.

Several factors could have been the reason: Room temperature over the weekend at the school, the sun hitting the flowers, and delicate flowers such tulips & roses will open and begin to wilt in those conditions. I can send my delivery person to pick up your arrangements and refresh if you would like. Please call the shop and ask for Melissa. Once again, I apologize this happened.

    I called the morning of prom and requested a corsage and they were very kind and wiling to do it. There was a bit of a mix up when I picked it up, but they were always very kind and professional and corrected the mistake. Also, the corsage and boutonniere were beautiful.     Lori, I am sorry you experienced that. We receive fresh flowers every week. There could have been several factors as to why they wilted. 1.) The water wasn't changed 2.) The flowers were in a window with sun or by a heat vent. 3.) The water level was low 4.) The temperature in the room may have drained the moisture in the air.

    Flowers arrived after almost 6 pm on Valentine’s Day, that’s very late in my opinion. Flowers were not full looking like images online. All white roses wilted and we’re pointing down the very next day. Not a great experience. I understand it was Valentine’s Day and they were probably swamped. I wanted to get something nicer than I have for my wife in years past and shop locally but would probably lean toward getting quick pickup flowers from a big box store in the future. I’m not trying to bash anyone, I’m sure it was a busy day just wasn’t a great first experience.

    flowers were delivered on time and in good shape. The vase was the right one, however the flowers did not match what we ordered. I had them delivered as a surprise and thankfully she loved them. However there was no kind of communication from the company stating that the flowers would not be the same as what I ordered. So I am not exactly happy with the company or flowers. However like I said she loved them all the same so there is that I suppose.

    No sure what happened. There was a clause on the web site about limited flowers nationwide, during Mother's day and a few weeks after. At one point our web site had designer's choice only. Your order falls within that time. We usually call the customer if we don't have the main flowers with a call or email. Not sure how you fell through the cracks. I did not know that State Fair floral were closed the next day when the funeral was scheduled, but they still made a beautiful arrangement in time for the viewing.     I'm a single mom and I work hard for my money and I wanted to surprise my daughter for her 11th birthday at the Sedalia middle school and I purchased her candy a bear and three mylar balloons. The bear was never received and when I contacted you you said you sent it and it was the school's fault but as the business at hand I think you should have just replaced it my daughter never got it.

    Was rather disappointed this time. The blue bowl was replaced with a square bronze looking base, which I understand can happen. However in the picture of the arrangement that I ordered the roses were arranged in two rows at an up angle. the arrangement received was roses arranged all over. I ordered this particular arrangement because of how the roses were grouped.

    I was actually pretty upset with this arrangement. The roses were wilted, the greens were overbearing. There wasn't a bow like the picture showed. Not only was my message on the card wrong but my name was spelled incorrectly. I'm not pleased at all.

    Have ordered before online and was able to pick out my arrangement. Not sure why but this order had to be florist’s choice. From the pic my recipient shared, it didn’t look very holiday except the base. I prefer more flowers and better design over paying for a fancy ornament base that won’t be used again.
