    I ordered flowers for a friend that experienced a family loss. When I scheduled delivery the friend had already left town but I didn’t know. Ken sent me an email ensuring that they would deliver a fresh bouquet when our friend returned. Amazing customer service and really appreciated them taking the initiative to reschedule!!

    I ordered flowers for my daughter and son-in-law’s 25th Anniversary. Saville’s created exactly what I wanted and delivered it promptly. They even stopped by a restaurant to pick ip a gift card that I had ordered! The flowers were beautiful, and eight days later rhey look as fresh as the day they arrived!     Such a wonderful experience shopping with this florist. Saville's is not like any shop I have been in. Their showroom is stunning. I was not expecting it to be so beautiful inside. Flowers and plants of many varieties. The staff was very helpful. I picked out a dish garden for my mother who is in a nursing home nearby. She love's it. I will be back soon!

    We came here to get the flowers for our wedding that was on June 10 2017. They did an amazing job! All of the flowers were fresh and beautiful. We ordered floral arrangements for the church, boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets. We had some delivered to the church and some delivered to the hotel we were at and everything was done and executed perfectly. It was one thing that I did not have to worry about on my wedding day. Also, the employees in the shop were all wonderful to work with and I never felt rushed and I always felt like they were listening and followed everything that I said.

    We came here to get the flowers for our wedding that was on June 10 2017. All of the flowers were fresh and beautiful. We ordered floral arrangements for the church, butineres, corsages, and bouquets. We had some delivered to the church and some delivered to the hotel we were at and everything was executed perfectly. Also, the employees in the shop were all wonderful to work with. The only thing that I would have to criticize was that I had asked for white and pink in my bouquet, the bride, and just white for the bridesmaids, and they ended up putting pink in everyones bouquets.

    My first order from there was absolutely amazing!!! I had a not so good experience with 1800flowers and decided to go to Savilles after seeing an advertisement on facebook. I couldn't have been more pleased. I order it for my aunt and she did not answer the door. The delivery guy called me and I said please try again she's older and she might not have heard the door. She finally heard him knocking and I was on the phone the whole time!!! Thanks so much! :-)

    I waited until the last minute, unfortunately, to order some flowers for Mother's Day. I placed my order online and within 10 minutes of submitting the order I received a phone call from the florist. She stated that they would try to match the arrangement I had selected as closely as possible but at the late date, they were running out of some varieties. She assured me it would still be "absolutely beautiful". My mom sent me a picture when she received them and they ARE absolutely beautiful! Very happy customer!

    Flowers were beautiful, fresh and fragrant. I also know they were affordable and we got a lot of bang for our buck. Previously we had been using another florist to send each other flowers and when we revealed how much we spent and saw what we were getting for the money we spent - we were very disappointed.
