    I only saw a picture of the flowers that were sent to my sister and they looked beautiful. Unfortunately she was not able to enjoy them because the Hospital would on let her have them in her room because she was so ill. Her daughter actually took them home and enjoyed them.

    Alyce's Floral Design took great care of us. We ordered a get well arrangement online. When Elaine (the owner) discovered that she did not have the yellow lillies shown in the photo, she immediately called and suggested options. The arrangement turned out beautiful, and was delivered today (same day) as promised. Many thanks for a job well done!

    Alyce's Floral Design provided excellent service. Shop and their wholesalers didn't have the plant that I ordered and had to make a substitution. They called me to verify the substitution was acceptable, which it was. Delivered plant was excellent quality and a good value. Delivery was made on time even though they had difficulty making contact with me (contact made near end of work day) and inclement weather on the day of delivery.

    Every year I send flowers to my mom for Mother's Day. Her florist was excellent so when she moved and I had to try a new florist (Alyces) I was worried. Well, Alyces exceeded my expectations. I ordered online and the next day received a call that they had to do a substitution. The flowers came to my mom and were even more beautiful than the original arrangement I picked!     Marty, We took the order to Mrs. Mary and knocked on the door then called and left her a message, as soon as she returned our call we delivered. The reason I didn't deliver as I am the one who always delivers is because my father passed away and he wanted to go back home for burial and myself and April were both out of the shop. I am very sorry but they didn't know to call before delivery and I ALWAYS call to let her know. Some delivery drivers think they might be ruining a surprise.     Hi Elaine & Ritzke - my mother LOVED her arrangement, which I specifically chose because it is round and low and she could put it on her breakfast table (as opposed to the counter or mantel) where she enjoys flowers the most. My only concern when ordering was that all the flowers were white - but when they were delivered, there were yellow tulips and some sort of purple flower, making the whole arrangement much prettier.     Flowers were, as always, and lasted almost a week! That's why I always go back to Alyce's/Elaine's! There was an small error in the delivery as I had ordered a Happy Birthday Mylar balloon to go with this arrangement - I pointed it out to the shop and they sent around THREE balloons in time for the birthday luncheon - and threw in a small arrangement to boot! VERY customer oriented!

    The flower arrangement sent for my mother's 88th birthday luncheon were, as always, beautiful and I continue to main tain that Alyce's Florals is the best florist in Ft Walton Bch FL. A mylar balloon was ommmitted form my original order and when I pointed this out, the shop sent out THREE baloons, plas a small arrangement. What a wonderful was to ensure customer loyalty!!     Alyce's Floral Design is top notch! I ordered flowers for a friend from Friendly Florist and they were skimpy, plain, and ugly, plus they were out of the vase it was supposed to come in. This happens often when ordering from Friendly Florist. I was very disappointed in their arrangement so I decided to order the same friend flowers from Alyce's. The recipient sent me a picture exclaiming how beautiful they were! I will never order flowers from Friendly Florist again.
