    I think you should have a way to track your delivery on your website. Your delivery person arrived when I was not home and left it at the office. Had we not called you, we would not have known and the flowers would have withered in the office all weekend. At the least, you should call and inform people when the delivery is made other than to the actual place of delivery.

    This time was perfect but I have used you for years and last time I sent flowers to my Mom in Ireland you used a florist in Collooney which is where I am from. It is a very small town and the flowers were terrible. You used to use Feehily's in Sligo which are very professional and have excellent standards.
