We sent flowers to a client and received this message back. "I was so surprised to receive the lovely garden basket arrangement from you yesterday! I was working from home and the florist you chose went the extra mile to deliver it to me there, after first trying my work address, my assistant told them where they could find me in West Hartford, and it was very kind of them to made the extra trip to West Hartford to find me."
