    I have always done a florist choice and people always call me and say I had sent the most lovely flowers. Well, my cousin died but he was kinda special having cerebral palsy, polio, yellow fever… the list goes on. Anyway, I had called several florist and asked if they could do something a “little special” and no one was willing till I called Crystals Flowers which went well above and beyond anything I dreamed. My cousins son sent me a photo of the basket and it really made the family smile because it was everything Jeffrey loved!

    I am usually pretty happy with what I order for people but this last order for Mother's day was a really downer. It was more greenery than flowers. And the flowers that were in the bouquet started to droop within a few days. Hoping this was a fluke and my next purchase will be better. For as much as I pay, I expect better.

    Continued from 6-4-22 I was not being rude, I was simply stating my dissapointment in the flower arrangement. The flowers were droopy and sparse. You did not offer any solution but kept saying that you follow a recipie. Update: I see you have changed the "Pretty Please Shown at...." now states $44.95. Proves my point.     VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered the $39.95 standard design as noted “Pretty Please Shown at 39.95” (but the Deluxe is highlighted for $44.95.) So I assumed the picture was for the $39.95. The pictures my daughter sent me were nothing I ordered. I understand the colors and flower availability may be different but this is very disappointing. I will not order flowers here again. I've tried to upload pictures but it will not work.

As I told you on the phone we did have to use different colors but other then that it was filled to value and made per recipe. All you wanted to do was be very insulting about it. I may be a business owner but I am also a human being and that type of behavior is just not necessary. I am always willing to work with a customer to their satisfaction on an order. But I just can’t when it crosses a line, this behavior has become to common place in our society and should not be tolerated. Politeness goes a long way.

    Delivered to my neighbor. Part of the fun of getting Mothers Day bouquet is getting them at my door. Whoever delivered them couldn’t even read the address on our park homes. It was disappointing and when neighbor brought it to me they were so cold they may have been outside awhile which could contribute to a short blooming time.

If you had been polite and simply stated what you were wanting done to resolve the issue we would have been happy to have worked with you. I have a zero tolerance policy for people being abusive and nasty to my staff.     The type of flowers and fillers, the plastic in the vase instead of a leaf could have been to put together at Safeway for a quarter of the price I paid. The flowers I’ve received prior were beautiful, this time not so much.

    This was an in store pick up and we always ask at the time of pickup if you like the arrangement, which gives us the opportunity to fix it. This was made per recipe with all the correct flowers. The only substitution we made was the ribbon in the vase, as we were out of the leaves, which is common in our industry, it is not plastic and not harmful to the flowers. I am very sorry that you were disappointed with your flowers and would have been happy to make changes to your satisfaction had you given us the chance.
