    Called this florist for flowers for a funeral. Asked for bright, sunny summer flowers. The cost was reasonable. When I saw the flowers in person, I was blown away. The basket was packed with lovely, fresh blossoms. Our family member was very pleased with the basket. Would recommend this florist again.

    I received this email . . . Terry, I want to tell you something amazing. The flowers you sent last Tuesday look absolutely as FRESH as the day they arrived! I’m not kidding.     The flowers looked beautiful the first day when they were delivered and it went downhill quickly after that. It's day 4 and most of them are dead. So sad. I will not recommend my husband to use this company again. He was really excited about sending these to me only to be disappointed with the quality.

    im so sorry to hear you had a problem with our flowers. if you look at the other reviews we don't normally have issues like that . we also spend alot of time trying to gain new customers not to make them unhappy because as a local small business we can't afford to do business that way. unfortunately we deal with a product that can be subject to the cold, heat etc. and we can't always predict how long it will last but that said we can try to always make our customers happy so if you would give me a call i will be happy to replace your arrangement and hopefully earn your confidence back.

    My daughter ordered a holiday arrangement For me to be delivered on Christmas Eve I was not home for most of the day and It was supposed to be a surprise delivery When my daughter contacted me later in the day I said I had not received any flowers So of course this was very upsetting to her Later that evening my neighbor brought the flowers over to me They were a beautiful arrangement If I could just offer a suggestion if you are not able to leave flowers a note that they were delivered to a neighbor would have been helpful

    At first when the flowers were delivered I was a little disappointed because they didn't look like the picture and I had upgraded the arrangement to $50 but the next day they had a chance to open completely and they were beautiful!!
