    The order process was easy, and the note was handwritten, which I thought was a nice touch. The arrangement only had a few of the flowers that I requested it be built around and when delivered there was no balloon. This is not like Gillespie's they work is usually fantastic they just missed the mark this time. I would still use their services in the future.
