    Flowers were 2 days late in arriving. They were a very nice arrangement but I was very disappointed in the delay. They were for a special birthday.

    Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, at this time of year, some deliveries are delayed due to the fact that we cannot leave the flowers outside in the cold and snow if no one is home. We do make every effort to contact the recipient to set up a time for re-delivery, however sometimes that just doesn't work either. We do hope the recipient enjoyed the arrangement for their special birthday.

    Delivery came a day early with no prior communication. Also, flower arrangement was disappointing and looked kind of cheap to be honest - like a $20 supermarket bouquet. I have ordered flowers from Lovell's several times over the last 6 months since we moved to the area. Every other time the quality has been very good. This time seemed out of character - hopefully an anomaly.

    I received an email the day after i ordered the plant saying that it had been delivered. I happened to ask my cousin if she had received it, and she said no. Upon investigating, the plant had NOT been delivered because of an incorrect address. If i hadn’t asked, the plant would be in limbo, and i would never have known.

    If I remember correctly, you provided the wrong address and as soon as we (Lovell's) were notified by the florist who was trying to deliver the order of the wrong address we contacted you and were able to get the plant delivered. No the plant was never in "limbo" as we were fully aware of the situation. In the future please insure you have provided the correct address so things like this do not happen. Thank you.
