    I received a gift of a bouquet of irises. On arrival, they looked lovely, with buds closed. After several days, the buds shriveled up. A couple partially opened, but no flowers. Very disappointing. Thanks.

    We are glad to hear that your Iris arrangement was lovely when you received it. We are sorry to hear that you had a problem with the iris opening as they should. Unfortunately, we do not always know how the flowers were handled prior to arrival at the store. They can be fresh and look lovely only to not perform and disappoint. We will be contacting you with a replacement arrangement. It would have been appreciated if you had contacted us prior to leaving a bad review so that we could have arranged for a replacement. We strive to always sell fresh flowers and stand behind what we sell.

    Flowers were delivered on time. It was a lovely arrangement except the roses didn’t look too fresh. It was Mother’s Day weekend, though, so I imagine supplies were limited.

Mother's Day, like all major holidays, is a time when there can be unnoticed quality issues with some cut flowers. We buy all the freshest flowers we can find from a multitude of sources around the globe and inspect them on arrival before and after they are processed for sale.     While I've always been happy with Woodbury in the past, the most recent delivery was to be delivered for Easter on April 16/22. I had ordered it almost a month prior to that, and although the order date was clear, the Easter flowers arrived almost a month early. So someone hadn't been careful with the order which was disappointing. Having said that, the flowers were what I ordered and I guess premature delivery is better than none at all or late.

    Hello: Unfortunately the flowers were delivered a day late. My friend said they were beautiful, but they were not there for her party. I was disappointed by this.

    We attempted delivery of the flowers on the requested day. The recipient was not home so we tagged their door at 12:14 with a notice to please call us to reschedule delivery. We attempted to call later that day as well with no answer. The weather was not conducive to leaving the flowers outside. We tried all available avenues to get the flowers delivered on the day requested. Unfortunately no one was home and there was no contact from the recipient as to a time we could redeliver. We attempted to deliver the following day and someone was home.
