    The order was not delivered with everything I purchased. in addition they had to substitute flowers from what I had selected online. With that being said, the substitution was an upgraded flower and when I was able to get a hold of them they refunded what was not delivered. So very good customer service and the flowers were delivered the same day which was great as well. I will definitely use them again.

    If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. My grandma was admitted in the ICU and I Want Flowers tried day after day to get the flowers to her. They never were able to deliver the flowers to the hospital, so they sent them to my grandma's house instead.
