    I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with your order, I tried calling you so that we could discuss it but there was no answer. I am wondering if you have a picture of the flowers because I know we did 4 of this same arrangement theme and all of them had almost all pink flowers(we did have to add in some white for the order value to be correct). We did make all of them larger than pictures by adding mixed greens and I did not have any pink mason jar vases that were pictured but had nice substitutes.     Would like to have been given a phone call about the flowers that were not immediately available so we could have discussed an alternative. And calling my mom to tell her that "her flowers would be delivered " as soon as the ones you were waiting on was in poor taste. Spoiled the surprise completely.
