    The flowers were beautiful, although not at all like the picture. It was shown in a basket, all shades of mauve and not tall. We received tall pink snap dragons, tall white flowers and very little mauve. Flowers started falling 3 days later. So this time, we we a bit dissappointed, but we have had many great experiences in the past. I guess Mother's Day is super busy and options limited....

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The night before my friends wedding her bouquet fell through and we were having what I would call a flower emergency. We called blossomsyyc and they were able to make up a gorgeous bouquet for the bride over night. I have never had such a wonderful experience in my life!     5 stars are not enough! I have been using Splurge for frequent floral arrangements for over a year, and they have always exceeded expectations. Recently we asked them to do our wedding and fortunately they agreed, even though the wedding was in Banff! They created fabulous arrangements including a 10-foot table runner arrangement that blew us away! The flowers still look amazing 4 days after the event and after a return trip to Calgary. I do find when I am not constricted for time I would still rather order over the phone to better describe what I would like included in the arrangement rather than having to pick a standard selection.     Splurge did a flower arrangement for our mother's funeral. I asked for a natural look, not one that looked like a traditional "funeral arrangement". I wanted lots of flowers! Well.....absolutely breathtaking! It brought tears to my eyes. The visual of the bouquet was stunning. The feeling when I looked at it was like going through an award winning flower garden.     We wanted to send my mother a single yellow rose bud for her 90th birthday. Due to the time difference we called just as the shop was closing. The staff was very sympathetic and kindly offered to deliver the flower to my mother on their way home from work.
