    Holland Flowers will now be my choice Airdrie florist as I was so happy with the beautiful flowers for my granddaughter today with a very cute little teddy! I’m so glad to have a good florist in Airdrie where I have family and friends. I love that they do not seem to use those heavily fluorescent coloured flowers - I love natural beautiful flowers and you seem to be doing just that… Thank you it means a lot.

    Delivered a birthday arrangement 1-week early. Phoned and apologized and re-delivered the following week. Both arrangements were beautifully done, and we appreciated the follow-up from the company apologizing for the wrong delivery date.     For delivery in Airdrie it should be lower than delivery of flowers ordered from Calgary. $15 from Calgary, $15 from Airdrie. How about $10?

    Thank you for the review. Our prices are comparable to shops here in town, and lets face it Airdrie is not so small anymore. With that being said, costs have gone up, as well as gas prices so we had no choice but to up our costs as well.

    I had a really good experience placing my order on the Holland House Flowers website. I was able to see my options and order what I was looking for. I did have to make a follow up call just to help them track down my aunt to nail down a delivery time and they were super-helpful and got the flowers to her for her anniversary. My aunt sent us a photo of the flowers and they looked really close to, if not better than the photo on the website! They made her special day even more memorable! I'll definitely order from them again the next time we have a family celebration in Airdrie!

    I had a look at when you last ordered. I noticed it was 2 years ago. I should also add that with inflation in the last year, our costs have gone up as well. Like groceries, gas etc so have flowers, unfortunately. I hope that explains it as well.

The lovely bowl and beautifully arranged flowers complete with gold ribbon was absolutely gorgeous! The arrangement lasted through for almost 2 weeks with trimming back when necessary.     I choose Holland Flowers because of the efficient website and expedient service. My sister in Airdrie loved the plant and decorative planter. I was pleasantly surprised that it was packaged so nicely. Living miles away, the best gift are flowers at Christmas, birthdays, and anniversaries.     The “bright before your eyes” design delivered were not what I payed for as the color of the flowers were not matching the ones in the picture nor in the description. It wasn’t really bright which is what I wanted. They didn’t delivered what I ordered. What we received where beautiful flowers but not with the Brightness chosen. Very desatisfied.

    Thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear you were dissatisfied. The website does say substitutions are likely to be made for flowers are very seasonal and we don't carry every color of lilies, roses etc. Not to mention the order was placed one day before. At that point we substitute and aim for the colors. Most of those flowers you did have and I made sure it had the orange, red and yellow as shown in the photo. Not sure how it could have been brighter?

I got a call from the lady who runs the store (sorry I forget her name) She informed me she was out of a certain kind of flower, but gave me a few options instead. I really appreciated that she took the time to call me to figure out exactly what I wanted. Great customer service. :)

    Holland House Flowers is the only place I go to get flowers. The bouquets are always unique and not your typical ones. Whenever I have sent flowers people always ask where they came from. My Mother's Day bouquet was just gorgeous.

    Arrived on time, but they were insanely small for the price I paid. Due to COVID they had to do a designer’s choice... which was beautiful... but I paid $70 and MAYBE got a $50 bouquet. Seems like they took advantage of the COVID predicament by making smaller bouquets and charging as much as a large bouquet. I paid for a “deluxe” arrangement and received an arrangement with 9 flowers and some berries.

    I am sorry you feel that way. The arrangement had some beautiful orchid blooms etc and was to the full value of 60. We even reduced our delivery to 5 dollars due to this whole covid madness. I would NEVER take advantage of that. Prices are of course a bit higher due to Mother's day but I kept my prices fair. Its all about supply and demand and we get charged more being a holiday.     I help Jenny out at high times (I have 20 years experience in this industry). I’d like to take a moment to let people know that she did NOT price gouge because of COVID. In fact, most of her prices didn’t even come close to normal mark-ups, even with the increase of cost at Mother’s Day). Her shop is NOT a grocery store, it’s a high end floral shop. You’re paying higher prices for a specific style of design and quality of products. We had a huge increase in online/phone orders, which are tough to please to begin with. I’m proud of you!

    Amazing. I ordered a 75 dollar special for my wife. Plus delivery. They didn't have one flower I requested and when she called to say they didn't they also said delivery was free so I could have the money for delivery back or out that 15 dollars into more flowers so I put it in more flowers and it was so worth it. They were beautiful and my wife loved them. Thank you for your hard work it was truly some if the best flowers I have ordered.

    Beautiful bouquet, though some of the greenery is already going limp, I think maybe because the vase is too small for the amount of flowers.     System does not recognize Visa debit. had online confirmation that order was successful then found out that it wasnt several hours later via phone call and was required to make an etransfer. Get with the times and update so this doesnt happen

    Unfortunately the flowers died the next day. I order from u guys several times per year and your flowers look amazing but the last 3 times they were salad the next day.

    I am disappointed to hear this for sure. We did have some issues with the weather this year and am not sure if that might have been part of the problem. I have looked to see when you ordered last and that was once in 2018, nothing in 2017 and three times in 2016. So not sure when the other problems occurred. If Brandy would like to stop by I'd be more than happy to give her some flowers to hopefully make up for this.     My husband orders from u quite regularly and love everything I have received. A little disappointed with my valentine bouquet, beautiful but day 2 it doesn’t look great, think some of the delicate flowers may have froze ...tulips on outside all drooping and leaves very soft - wasn’t going to say anything as there was very cold weather - but seen how much he paid and kinda hoped it would last more than a few days.     Ordered flowers for my family with instructions to drop off between 9-12 or if in afternoon to call before trying to deliver. Of course no one called, couldn’t deliver flowers to our house, so they dropped them off at another random house in neighborhood and told us to get them there. Totally unprofessional, last time I will use them. $140 flowers now at someone else’s house, great job people....not!

    The arrangement itself was gorgeous. However, shortly after arriving, the lillys went limp. 2 days later, we had to throw them out, as they were threatening to kill the other flowers. No care instructions were included. I am quite disappointed that the flowers aren't lasting longer.

Once they go limp they need to be re cut and put in hot water (separate vase) They bounce back, believe it or not, usually after a few hours.     Holland House is an awesome local to our city flower shop that is run by the sweetest lady. This store has amzazing customer service, beautiful products and gives back to the community. Holland House is one of Airdries little gems.

    The service was great. The tulips I ordered were out but they replaced them with roses, which she loved. Now the sad news, the flowers did not last a week even though they were taken care of. I came home the flowing Sunday after delivery but they were already thrown out! That is a little disappointing considering the price I paid.

    The tulips were replaced by the dyed deep purple roses. As pretty as they are they typically do not last a week. They would have dried nicely. In the future may I suggest designers choice? Just tell me you are looking for the deep purple colors and a nice mix of carnations, alstroe, some roses and daisies would have lasted longer. I hope you will use us again and thank you for the feedback.

    I paid for delivery, but the recipient preferred to pick up the flowers. I appreciate that you gave a bouquet of daffodils in lieu of delivery, however, I would have appreciated a refund instead.

    The flower arrangement was beautiful and smelled fantastic when it was delivered. After 3 days the arrangement was not as full because some of the flowers had begun withering. It's not been 5 days and just the carnations and greenery have kept their appearance. Not sure what the usual timeframe is for fresh flowers... they were lovely while they lasted :-)

    Please don't use monks hood or Jacobs ladder, they do not open and just dry out and break up. They spoiled an otherwise lovely arrangement.

    Your service was excellent. I was so disappointed that I could not get the color of the Gerber Daisies that was portrayed in the picture bouquet. However, I do understand that to have these colors in at all times of the year is not possible. The operator did try to help in incorporating the color with the ribbon attached.

    Thank you for your review. Considering I even had two buckets of gerbera daisies in that week there were, disappointingly, no coral colors for some reason. I have not seen any peach colors for some years now so not sure if they even still exist. For future reference if we have a week's notice I would have made sure the supplier send me the coral color at least. Thank you for understanding.

    My boyfriend custom arranged a gorgeous pink themed bouquet with asian lilies, orchids, tropical leaves, daisies, and other pink, purple and white flowers and it was the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen.
