    So wonderful to call and have an actual human answer the phone and be so helpful. Both times I have ordered from Gresham's, the flowers were delivered on time and the recipients loved them. I have been terribly frustrated by on-line flower delivery services, with whom you can't communicate, and who failed to deliver on time. So nice to find a wonderful local florist! Will call again when needed.

    I love this florist. Our daughter had our granddaughter, our first grandchild, on a Sat. I called them at 2:30, and they said they could still deliver. They did not have the tulips in the picture of Birthday Confetti but assured me they would make a substitute The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Delivered within an hour and a half.     Flowers were beautiful, but when I called to confirm delivery, I had to leave a message. The message was never returned so I had to call the hotel. Again, beautiful flowers but the customer service was lacking.
