    I took the time to translate the note card into Spanish and the flowers were delivered without it so the 96 year old Grandmother didn't know who the flowers were from.

    We apologize that the arrangement seemed to arrive without the note card. I'm not sure how that happened, as the only way the delivery driver would've known where to take the arrangement is by the note card that was printed and placed into the arrangement. Without it, the delivery driver would have no address or name to the recipient. I am not sure if it may have fallen off as the delivery driver walked the arrangement to Grandmother, but either way, we hate that she received flowers without knowing who they came from.

    I received the Colorfulness Bouquet and Dish Garden. The flowers lasted longer than I expected and was a beautiful assortment of varied and colorful flowers. The garden has several different plants that are all still alive and growing. The things that looked like sticks sprouted leaves and look like ivy. A nice touch was the silk roses and butterfly to accent the plant. Both were beautiful and the garden continues to be a centerpiece in the house. I’m told that the staff member who took the order on the phone was friendly and very helpful. We are very pleased with the service and products.
