    We ordered through Serenity Florals for about 4 times since last year for gifts for family. Previous experiences had been excellent, and recipients were happy about the flowers and treats except the recent order. The last order was deluxe designer’s choice roses. Though the recipients were delighted to receive the gifts, they mentioned it was a ‘miss’ on the quality; black edges on the rose pedals. Roses didn’t look fresh or vibrant. They also reluctantly mentioned the mylar balloon was ‘wrinkly’ and didn’t seem inflated enough. We were a bit disappointed to see/hear that.

    Hi Carmen I’m so sorry to hear that. The roses were called black magic. They are super fresh and I just got them in however certain red roses have a little black liner around the edge depending on the red roses. As for the balloon I apologize as that day was also super cold so not sure if that had something to do with it. We are all about quality as well and if there is ever anything wrong please do not hesitate to call us right away and let us know and we will try our best to make it right. I hope this does not stop you from ordering from us again. We do value your business. Thank you

    Ordering was easy.... but that was it. The flowers came a day early (which ruined the surprise) and the flowers were still green and hadnt bloomed yet (so they did not look great, only green no color whatsoever). Very Disappointed. Will not be ordering feom here again.

    I’m sorry to hear that James. Unfortunately due to high volume we are wanting to guarantee that récipients are getting their orders for Mother’s Day. They are not bloom but that means they are fresh and will bloom and longer life span most people prefer that then it being bloomed and dying quickly.     Ordered flowers in April to be delivered on May 9. I received an email notification a couple of days after order was sent saying flowers were delivered, but no flowers arrived. Then flowers were delivered as requested on May 9 with no delivery notification. Think you may need to look into your email notification system.

    The service I received was top notch and professional at such a busy time, Mother's Day! My daughter-in-law was very pleased with the arrangement! Only suggestion I have is that the delivery person phone ahead to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers.

However you guys had trouble finding my mom’s house, and I received a message that the address was wrong (I missed the call due to being at work). I looked back at my order and receipt and the address is typed out correctly. So I’m not sure how the address got miscommunicated.
