    They make beautiful arrangements, but more than that even is their customer service. We had sympathy flowers to an employee I asked to sent out, but HR had not been updated with their new address. When I was called to inform me they no longer lived there, we found out they have moved just 30 minutes away. Phyllis was the kindest, and sweetest person to work with and she had them delivered to the correct address that same day. Above 5 Stars in my book.

    After the person received the flowers I had selected online, she sent me a photo & it was nothing like the photo online. I called to inquire about this & the owner(or manager, not sure) wasn't happy about my complaint. She was argumentative & told me it was my fault. She even called the recipient & asked her if she liked her flowers? My friend told her they were lovely but honestly they didn't look like they would cost that much! The woman even told her how much I spent on them. I couldn't believe she would put her on the spot like this. I will never order from this establishment again.

    The flower arrangement I received was one of the most beautiful and freshest I've seen. Very very happy. My daughter was told they didn't the flowers she wanted but would upgrade it at now charge too. Just beautiful!
