    I have learned to never use a florist service like FTD, rather google a florist in the city you need to send something and read their reviews to pick a place. I almost placed an order with a different florist in Malvern but they had a $20 service fee that was absolutely ridiculous. This florist was much more reasonable- I was able to send a nice size peace Lilly to a funeral for about $80. I am grateful that I was able to send something nice, through a reputable florist and know it would be delivered when it was promised.
