    I didn't realize Evergreen Floral was under new ownership, but I used Valerie (the new owner) to make centerpiece and vase arrangements for my Christmas party. She listened to what I wanted, and actually came to my house the morning of the party to put everything together. Her arrangements were stunning!     Totally pissed off . I placed an order for a peace lily to be delivered for my cousins funeral since I couldn’t be there and my family never received it. It was on Saturday. Never received an email that it wouldn’t be delivered. I paid the delivery fee and all the other stupid charges. And still wasn’t received. Not happy and will never use them again and I want a refund and an explanation of why it wasn’t received.

Also paid %15 EXTRA for a box of chocolates which was never delivered. AWFUL - Will never use them again! This is the 2nd time that major substitutions were made on flowers
