    The service is great, got a call making sure the flowers can be dropped off at the door, and the same day service was awesome. The flowers themselves looked old, the roses needed their outside petals to be taken off (they were shriveled and turning brown) the hydrangea was droopy and not very fresh. All in all I don’t think I would spend another 70$ on the flowers.

    The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. However, when my friend pulled vase out of the box it broke in her hand. Cutting her hand. She reached out to you just to warn you that the vase was cheap and not to use so others wouldn’t get hurt. She never got a response from you. Not to say thank you for calling or to see if she was ok. Unacceptable as a small business.

    Colors in arrangement were not as pictured, pastels. An additional $5.99 was charged besides the delivery charge. Why? Worst was the time of delivery: 4:00 p.m. on the day of my friend's birthday!!! Her BDAY was almost over! I ordered 4 days in advance. The shop's promise to call me to notify when the flowers finally got there was kept with a call and an email. I appreciated that.     I'm so sorry you were disappointed, but as I told you in our email conversation - there were 8 different plants in that planter. And the "fake paper shreds" is Spanish moss. I assure you it was filled to value. I think the planter just didn't match your personal style, and I understand that. It's hard to predict what the flowers will do after they leave the shop and sometimes they wilt faster than expected. I'm also sorry we were unable to put the wood orbs in the arrangement.     I order flowers for my mom for mother’s day. I order them a week in advance and paid a 20 dollar delivery fee. When I got a picture of how they arrived I was furious. Had it not been a Sunday I would have called right away to complain. The looked nothing like the picture and were not even close to 90 dollar quality flowers.     My late Mother's Day flowers were beautiful. Having worked in a florist shop I would suggest a call ahead to prevent a non-delivery on a specific holiday arrival. That way individuals know to be there at an approximate time or at least no wasted mileage for the deliverer/flower shop expenses.     Ordered standard size Beautiful in Blue. Received flowers had one flower with a light taint of blue, nothing else blue in the rest. The flower size received was 2/3rds the dimensions on website. Also different vase, not as pretty. Called to express my dissatisfaction and they stated they can’t control the color or size of flowers, or the vase they have in-stock. Pretty much be prepared to pay full price and get 2/3rds of what you order. They use excuse that the picture in website is “an example”, but what I got was worth 2/3rds what I paid. First and last time.

    I recently ordered a bouquet for a wedding anniversary. It was delivered on time, and was displayed beautifully. Prior to the order being filled, I was contacted by a staff member, advising that the one of the displayed flowers was unavailable. I appreciate this notice, and the only thing I would recommend in future is a photo being emailed of the actual finished bouquet, prior to delivery (especially for international orders where we won't get to see it in person).     Our first year anniversary, I almost forgot, but didn't! Put in an order online at about 11 pm, obviously talked to nobody. Ordering only on faith, I chose and bought, hoping that something would happen. Went to work the next morning, crossing my fingers. Got home to a very happy and loving wife! Perfect arrangement, the auto-fill card was awesome, candy was delicious, balloon is still full after 2 weeks, delivery driver was gracious. Happy wife, happy life!     My mom loved the flowers. But she said the balloon didnt really go with the flowers. A pineapple with Happy Bday. Weird and also a very cheap brand of chocolates. Regarding the card... when you place your order on the website, the card message is transferred over exactly how you entered it.     Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your flowers did not last as long as you had hoped. Arrangements done in the smaller vases (like our Precious Purples Arrangement) tend to need fresh water added more often. This can be difficult to do sometimes, because they are so full of flowers.

No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers may be necessary. Availability of seasonal flowers may vary. (Especially during a holiday) I used the same variety of flowers in your arrangement in the the same color scheme. I added hydrangea to the arrangement to give it the fullness in the picture. I'm glad you thought the flowers were lovely, I also thought they were beautiful.
