    They go above and beyond. They are always polite in person and on the telephone. The accidental forget my small stuff animal in my order because it was at the the end of my online order . That was the first time I order flowers and a stuff animal online. I called them and they apologized and they took my mom not a small stuff animal but a large beautiful bear. My mom loved her beautiful patriotic flowers, stuff animal and balloon. I highly recommend Bear and Roses !
