    The absolute best experience you can have while mourning the loss of a loved one. I drove into town from Wisconsin with a last minute death notice of my Uncle. Bart helped me within 24 hours to provide and arrange the most beautiful patriotic funeral floral arrangement and deliver it to my uncle's grave site ceremony. I had limited funds and he was more than happy to assist with what I could afford. I could not have asked for a better experience and I know my uncle was smiling down at the beautiful arrangement Smilax Florals provided. They treated me like family as they did my uncle.

    Ordered a bouquet of 24 to be delivered to my boyfriend with a message card to be attached. All paid for including delivery only to receive a dozen with no message card and after one attempt of delivering the bouquet the delivery man requested that my boyfriend would go and pick up the roses. My boyfriend then asked if delivery was paid for and after being answered yes the driver then agreed to return once again. Terrible service, will never purchase here again.

    The driver went to house tv was on no one would answer door. Driver called number told gentleman he would come back give him a time. Went back won't open the door for him said just slide it through the broken screen. The order only called for 12 roses. We made two deliveries!!!

    I cannot be more pleased with the flowers and the customer service provided by SMILAX. I was ordering flowers from Fl and was contacted by Joanne when they could not contact my aunt for delivery. I found out she was in the hospital and and the flowers were delivered to her there. Everyone who saw them, including my aunt, commented on how spectacular the arrangement was.
