    Went to get my mom some Easter flowers yesterday, amid this Covid-19 pandemic. I had checked the website and it said they were open. The store looked closed but there was a note on the door, explaining why the door was locked, with a phone number. I called and the lady picked up and asked what I needed.     I have always had great experience ordering stuff either flowers or gift baskets from here (plus I had my wedding flowers from here 18 years ago too) but I was not too impressed when my mother said the flowers were left on her front step as she was not home.

    Kathy, we are sorry that to know that you were not happy that the floral arrangement was left by the door when Clare wasn't home at time of delivery. That is usually done when the weather permits and that there is shade at the porch. If the weather was nasty or too sunny, it would have been left with a neighbor.     Received a cheese, crackers and chocolates basket that all of my family enjoyed. Also had a surprise bag of cherries that was enjoyed, thank you for reading my prior comment. The only minor concern was the oka cheese was starting to expire. The outer rind was no longer edible as it had a pungent ammonia smell to it the day we received it. Aas about to throw it out, but decided to do some online research about the oka and found out the inner cheese might not be affected and thankfully it wasn't.     Absolutely beuatiful arrangement. Two small suggestions - this was a Mother's Day order and it was not delivered until 3 days later because you were out of stock. Hopefully your estimates of required stock will improve. There were no instructions on how to preserve the cut flower arrangement. These would be helpful if included with delivery.

Any order that was accepted before Mother's Day was filled and delivered on time. However, last minute specific order was difficult to fulfil because even our suppliers were out of stock by Friday.
