I’m surprised that the staff didn’t recognize that the phone numbers provided were international numbers and that they waited so long to contact me by email after misdialing the numbers provided.     Got a Simple Elegance bouquet delivered to our hotel for when we checked in. The occasion was a week-long trip for our 10th wedding anniversary, and we'd be doing a vow renewal in the city we love so much: Key West. The arrangement was excellent and would have lasted the whole week if we didn't use some of the flowers for a bouquet for the ceremony. Absolutely 5 stars, ordering, payment, delivery, and quality are all top notch. Any time I'm in town for more than 3 or 4 days I'll get flowers from them just to brighten up the room!

    Beautiful arrangement! The selection of blooms is impressive. The one thing I can fault is when so many flowers are compressed in the vessel it is difficult to maintain care & they wily early on.     I live in AZ so I was nervous using a flower shop I’ve never used before. Around 9pm AZ time I ordered a simple and pretty bouquet for next day delivery. I accidentally forgot to finish my message card and the shop called to let me know, which was so nice as that meant my name was not attached to the flowers. I got a text a couple hours later from the recipient and she said she loved them and that they were beautiful. I recommended the shop to my father and he sent flowers the next day from the shop and had a good experience too!

    Thank you for the detail in attention to my order of Cala Lilies. I thought I was going to get 10 individual Cala Lilies wrapped in cellophane. What I received was absolutely beautiful. Everyone in my family also commented on the presentation. Your attention in detail was impeccable. The way each Lily was individually made up with greens and placed in a vase. To top it all off you had it delivered to the hotel we were staying at. Something you didn't have to do. You also kept in touch with me which eased my situation.
