    Our product was substituted for something other than whatever ordered. While this is fine, and I get that stock is sometimes not available or short supply etc, it just would have been nice to know beforehand and been given the option of buying something else. But thank you for prompt delivery.

    The arrangement was very pretty. The white roses were particularly attractive. The third day the whole bouquet was droopy. The roses were particularly small and withered. I watered it every day. The water was green from the time the flowers arrived and wondered if that caused it. I threw out the bad flowers, cut the stems and added clean water which helped some.
