    Beautiful arrangement. Great customer service. The flowers in for the arrangement that was pictured were not available. I was contacted within minutes of placing the order, and was notified. They assured me that my arrangement would be gorgeous for our Aunt's service. I was sent a picture once it was completed, and it was prettier than the arrangement pictured. Living 3 hours away and not being able to attend the service, having service like this made a difficult time easier.

    There is a boy in Bessemer City who is so special to me. Every year since I moved away we send each other birtday cards, well this summer was so busy and time crept up on me and before I knew it it was the day before his birthday. Wondering what to do I went online. I found an awesome candy basket on Flowers by the Falls website. I ordered it 5 minutes before they closed. The next day I worried a bit knowing they closed at noon and the birthday boy was out all day. I texted his mom and she had said that they were going to deliver it at 8:00. Sure enough I received a wonderful picture of this HUGE smile and a wonderful candy bouquet. Flowers by the Falls, you went above and beyond, delivering after hours and making sure this boy, who is so special to me, got his present on his birthday. I love that I now know I have someone I can depend on to help keep me closer with my North Carolina friends. I will definitely be using Flowers by the Falls whenever I want to send wishes or cheer up my Bessemer City and area loved ones. I rated you a 5 but I think that you are a 10, even if it is just out of 5. Thank you for your wonderful service. You went above and beyond.
