    Beautiful arrangement which I received on Wednesday for Mother’s Day. Topped the water up everyday. By Saturday halve of the flowers were dying! So disappointing- most of my fresh flower arrangements have always lasted at least a week or more. I feel bad for my daughter because she paid a lot of money for this large arrangement

    Hi Maria, I appreciate the feedback and will work hard on solving this problem in the future. I am sorry that the beautiful flowers didn't last an long as you expected. All flowers have different life spans and mixed arrangements in particular may have flowers that only last 3 day and other that last 7+ days. We try to include a variety of different flowers, so that you have an arrangement that will have some flowers for up to a week. In the future, you can request an arrangement with carnations, mums and other hardier flowers that tend to have a longer life span. Thank you for your review.

    The quality of the flowers was not as expected. They died within 5-6 days. Not to mention, the vase for the arrangement was completely different than pictured online. It made the arrangement not look full and was extremely disappointing as it was a gift.

    I'm so sorry that our flowers did not meet your expectations. Delicate flowers like Gerber's and tulips typically last 5-7 days. If I knew, that you were looking for hardier flowers, a different arrangement could have been suggested. The flowers were upgraded to a larger vase and extra stems were added, because I wanted to give you more value for your money. In the future, please call immediately with problems, so that a replacement vase can be sent out the same day. Please accept my apology and a 35% discount on your next order. I hope that I can be of service to you in the future.

    We have used Exotica for both business and personal floral needs for many years, and have always received excellent service and beautiful flowers that last for days. Ten days ago I presented Melinda with the biggest challenge to date: could she help prepare the flowers for my son's rehearsal dinner in Austin. My original plan had fallen through and I needed immediate assistance. Melinda not only helped with the flowers, she also helped me finalize the black and white theme for the tables. Within 24 hours, Melinda had secured beautiful white orchids, black glossy vases and red rose petals for the table. Melinda packaged all of the flowers for us so that we could easily transport them to Austin. As a result of Melinda's attention to detail and excellent communication, the rehearsal dinner tables were absolutely stunning and relatively stress-free (as was the rest of the wedding). Thanks Melinda! I could not have done it wihtout your help. I highly recommend Melinda for all occasions! P.S. We will send you photos later this week
