    This was ordered for mothers day but an orchid was delivered. I called and spoke with Orlando who explained that the store did not receive all of their ordered products and had to substitute. He sent a large peace lily plant the same day because of the misunderstanding. Thank you again Orlando. It made moms day.

    Flowers were beautiful but arrived in the evening instead of the morning as promised. Despite that receiving chocolate a a peace offering showed me they were sorry and I would order from them again. Would have been 5 stars were it not for that delivery time

    Have been using this florist for several years & couldn't ask for better service. Owner Orlando is professional, prompt & cares about his clients. My aunt lives close by & he personally calls to make sure she is home prior to delivering & even delivers after his normal store hours. He definately cares more about his business & reputation than franchise/internet only florists.
