    I would up the rating to 5, but the web ordering process was very difficult. I had to re-do it 4 times before it completed. The box of chocolates was also dropped off so those never arrived. The flower arrangement was beautiful though! The ordering issue may just be that the site isn't designed or optimized for mobile devices, and is better suited for desktop computers.
