    I placed a special order requesting very specific color palette of light pink, white & lavender. Requested fragrant flowers to be used & a premium bouquet. 1st bouquet had the correct color palette but no fragrance and not premium. I called them told them I was unhappy, they were very nice & offered a redo to get it right I accepted. 2nd bouquet came yes it was a premium one however still no fragrant flowers used & not the correct color pallet. I just accepted the delivery but I was still very disappointed in my bouquet. The customer service was awesome & they did try very hard to satisfy me

    I'm sorry about the afternoon delivery. There was nothing on your order stating that it needed to be delivered by a certain time or your anniversary would be ruined. Your order was designed and delivered in the order it was received. We delivered your flowers as we should have, had we been told or asked if it could be put in front of orders that people had previously placed then we may could've done so. The nasty note you left for the driver was very tasteless and rude. They only deliver the flowers, they know nothing other than where to take them.

    Thats intertesting you say no time was left. When I called at 4:40 the guy answered and said you guys were running behind and get it delivered when you could. My husband requested a 3-4 delivery time and left work early for this. Its funny you mention a nasty note left for delivery driver when no note was left. I can still see the female blonde delivery driver dropping off the flowers and ringing our doorbell and walking away when we at dinner. No worries-find someone else for flower deliveries.

    What's interesting is, I have the order with no special instructions to be delivered early. Also I have a picture of the nasty note that you did in fact leave. The man on the phone also told you we were running behind because it happens sometimes, that's why there is disclaimer on the website.     I will say the arrangements looked very fresh and they delivered them the day I request. However, they didn’t look like the picture I ordered off their website. I ordered a yellow frenzy and it is suppose to be all yellow and green leaves but I see they mixed in oranges and pinks with it which that is now at all what I wanted. I just wanted yellow. Another thing is they don’t give you not eta when it will arrive but the clerk when I called to get one displayed great customer service and was very nice on the phone reassuring me it will get there the day I wanted it delivered.

    Can I give TEN stars?? I live in Oregon and my grandma is in SC and I had flowers and chocolates sent for Christmas since I couldn’t be home this year due to Covid. I loved that I could have them delivered Christmas Eve &that there was an option to add chocolates. My grandma used to work at a flower shop for a long time so I know her standards are high for floral arrangements. She called me almost in tears, SO happy.
