    The service was fast and my nephew loved his graduation candy basket. I wish however, that shipping could be adjusted based off area. They live 2 blocks from the building, and shipping was a flat rate.

    I am so very glad the chocolate basket was enjoyed. I understand the concerns on the shipping but the lowest base fee was applied on your order. The fees do go up as our driver travels further. This is in response to our efforts to provide a living wage as well as vehicle expenses incurred by our independent drivers. Thank you for your understanding.

    The bouquet was very pretty but I would’ve appreciated if I was contacted prior to changing the colours in the arrangement. I picked this one for the fall colours and while it still turned out nice, I would’ve preferred if the flowers were more in the same colour palette, even if that meant changing out the type of flowers. Overall, it was still a beautiful arrangement.

    I live out of town so I didn’t really know what to expect but the delivery was very quick sane day and I got to see the bouquet virtually and it was beautiful.     Ordered a gift basket 2 days before mother's day. Delivery date was set for 2 days after mother's day. Entered in the instructions, if possible, can you please deliver on mother's day.     The floral arrangement I received for Mother's Day was beautiful; however, the flowers started to wilt the next day. When I contacted Bloomers and the Brownhouse, my concern was met with exceptional professionalism and many apologies. The person I spoke with provided a reasonable explanation and promised to send along a new arrangement in a couple of days (when they received a new shipment of flowers). The new arrangement was outstanding and the flowers still look fresh days later. I will definitely shop at this floral shop and will encourage others to do so as well.
