    I ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day at the last minute and received a call from the shop about being out of one of the flowers in the arrangement. The woman couldn’t have been nicer. She apologized (even though it was my fault for waiting so long to order), offered suggestions, and was extremely friendly. I would definitely order from there again.
