    Outstanding customer service and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I received a call the day before delivery to confirm the address of delivery and the gentleman couldn’t have been more professional and caring to make sure the flowers arrived at the appropriate location for Valentines Day.     What an absolutely stunning bouquet I received today from your flower shop. It is so pretty and smells wonderful. My kids from NY ordered it and I know how sometimes the flowers you order are not what gets delivered BUT these flowers are exquisite!

    My 94 year old thoughtful Aunt used 1-800-Flowers to send birthday flowers to me. Smiling Petals Flower Shop delivered an absolutely gorgeous bouquet of flowers arranged by designer Ruth Guillot. I personally will never use 1-800-Flowers again because I had a very bad experience with their service, so I feel blessed this order landed on the door step of the professional shop Smiling Petals.     Rick went above and far beyond to make my flower delivery happen for a friend whose relative had passed. I had given the incorrect address, and wasn’t able to immediately obtain the correct one. However, he kept at it multiple times throughout the day, keeping me informed along the way and letting me know once he located the correct address and when it was delivered. The whole time, Rick was professional, courteous, and communicative. He even went to multiple addresses and knocked on doors in the vicinity until he located the correct residence. Highly recommend Smiling Petals Flower Shop!

    Our 40th anniversary was extra special thanks to the most beautiful arrangement. Besides the different types of roses, my wife loved the stargazer lilies. Some were in full bloom, others were buds. Consequently we were able to remove the older lilies as the buds began to bloom. With a little selective grooming, the arrangement is now on its tenth day! Besides the choice of flowers, the greenery was amazing. We both loved the inclusion of eucalyptus. Thanks smiling petals. It's good to know there are still some florists who pay attention to detail and provide quality customer service.

    The most beautiful amazing White Christmas arrangement I've ever received. The huge white long stemmed roses along with clusters of mini white roses with two large hydrangeas accented with pine greenery & sprigs of red holly are still fresh after 5 days and made a sad Christmas a very happy and "White Christmas" for me. It literally took my breath away by the beauty. I took several photos of it if you would like a photo as I am unable to find it in any flower site. I absolutely thank you and live the cylinder vase.
