    I ordered a custom bouquet for my grandmother's 90th birthday. All I told them was that I wanted it in a basket and it was her 90th birthday. My grandmother loved it and the driver was nice enough to bring it on her house because the bottom was wet. My grandmother couldn't stop telling me how pretty they were!     Easy to order. Delivered as requested. I did feel that since my two deliveries involved going past one to get to the other that a $20 delivery fee for each was a bit excessive, but there was no one to discuss this with when I placed my order.
