After ordering online the florist called that someone else had ordered the same arrangement and did we maybe want something different. He said he could arrange something appropriate for us. I am very pleased with the arrangement. The flowers are most beautiful and prices very reasonable. Thank you for reaching out to me.     You have never received flowers until you have received them from Bill's Grove Florist! I wish I could attach a photo! I just received a lavish autumn bouquet, and in the bouquet as such things as dried pods and leaves, red berries, 2 green orchids, a flower that looks like a mini-cauliflower, red leaves, orange roses, day lilies, orange tulips, and a beautiful dark brown succulent. Everything about Bill's Grove Florist is special, not only their floral arrangements, but their helpfulness and service keeps me coming back! Thank you for my incredible flowers!!!

    Thank you for your review. Please understand that by the nature of the flowers, hydrangeas die quickly than other flowers. Sometimes, we may have to put since the sender requested it. If you you cut it again and put into the water, sometimes, it may revive it.

    What an amazing florist!! I ordered a plant the day of delivery and it was gorgeous! The plant was bigger than I expected and very lush. They called/texted when they delivered the plant and because we weren’t there when they delivered they made sure to open up the plant a bit for fresh air.     The flowers were ordered for a funeral. I went with a Teleflora "Your Light Shines" bouquet, but wanted to personalize it and have it be a bit larger. Nancy helped me over the phone as I told her what other flowers we wanted, describing the colors and texture I envisioned for the arrangement. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, more beautiful than I could have imagined. I am so grateful that they did such a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them. The bouquet was just amazing and carried the sentiment that we wanted them to.

    If I could give a "10" for Bill's Grove Florist I would because they truly deserve a 10. I work for Clearbrook in Arlington Heights and we have used Bill's Grove Florist exclusively for at least 10 years. I have NEVER been disappointed! In fact, I cannot tell you how many times people stop and say, "where did you get the flowers?" their arrangements are exquisive, unique, and one of a kind.
