    Placed an online order for a flower arrangement with delivery. The arrangement was delivered in a timely manner and the arrangement was big, beautiful, colorful and had so many flowers with minimal “filler”. Price was extremely reasonable. I was TOTALLY satisfied as well as the receiver!!!

    Where do I start….. called for a last minute same day delivery and spoke with Amber who was just as pleasant as could be! There was no hesitation accommodating my request at the last minute in fact was eager to help me with my request. Welcoming is the word I would use to describe my experience. Anna made a beautiful arrangement with little notice and Amber was determined to get the delivery done before the close of business. Can’t say enough but a beautiful arrangement along with pleasant employees just made my day! Thank u!!!!

    I would like to say that FTD and 1 800 Flowers are not in the same league. I ordered my wife a bouquet for our anniversary and it was the most full and beautiful bouquet that I've ever seen in my life! The roses were as big as my hand. Definitely give Pam a try as I was not disappointed.

    I placed an order 5/9 for delivery 5/12 to my mom for Mother’s Day(she’s in FL and I’m in TX). The flowers were never delivered, despite getting a delivery confirmation email at 3:30 pm. The shop was looking into it, to find out where they went. They called me this morning and told me they no longer had the flowers to make what I ordered and I should just cancel and “go to Hallmark”. No offer to make a different bouquet and no acknowledgement of my delivery confirmation and no flowers. Now I don’t have enough time to order flowers to be delivered by tomorrow.

    Ordered on 9th for delivery on the 14th (Valentine’s Day). You delivered on the 10th. Put in instructions that it was a school, and it either needed to be delivered before 230pm, or delivered after 330pm to the billing address. You deliver it to the school at 4pm when only one administrator happened by chance to be there. And my favorite part was when you sent me the delivery confirmation on the 14th like you hadn’t screwed it up in almost every way possible. It will be the last time I buy from you.

I purchased a rubber plant from out their website, Derrick call me to advise they did not have that plant and would I be ok with a Peace Lilly, no addition charge. I of course said yes.     Horrible quality and delivery was very unprofessional. Driver had her daughter (still in diapers) carry a wilted bunch of flowers in a glass vase up to my mother who was standing on the porch. I spent almost $100 on what looks like a cheap vase and half dead flowers.

    I like that they show you a picture of what was sent. However, they gave me a different cheaper looking basket than what I ordered and said the basket was out of stock. Same price.

    I'm so sorry you were not satisfied with the container we had to sub with. Due to Covid it has been very difficult to get in some of our normal supplies like baskets, ribbons and even some vases. We did fill to value but I understand it wasn't what you expected. We would love to assist you with any future floral needs. If you place your order online we typically will call to get approval for subs if they very much from the original product. But if you call us directly we can help pick out the perfect product with our available inventory.

    I ordered a plant online for my daughter, they called and said they didn’t have the plant I ordered but offered a reasonable alternative. The dish garden they substituted was gorgeous. I also asked that it be delivered as soon as possible. The delivery was fast and my daughter was so surprised and her day was made brighter.     Caution: If you need a unique bouquet that is advertised on the website, with next day delivery- this is not the place for you. The shop needs at least a week in advance notice if you want to get anything near what the website advertises. Not convenient for untimely deaths in the family. Very disappointed in the lack of flower selections on hand in this florist shop for next day deliveries. For example, after my online order was placed, I was told they had no orchids of any kind, or lambs ear, or bells of Ireland since they had not been ordered by the shop in the last week!

    I'm sorry we could not satisfy you. We actually did have bells last Thursday but they were all used up and they did not have them on the truck today (trucks come daily). Most of the time we have no issues filling orders as advertised but due to limited space we cannot keep thousands of varieties in our shop. Most of the time we can get the more common or widely used flowers but things like lambs ear and orchids that we do not get orders for every day and are not very hardy flowers, we have to special order. I wish you the best with your next florist.

    It's always a gamble to order flowers long distance, but after reading several great reviews for Flowers by Pam, I ordered flowers for a funeral in Panama City. Although FBP doesnt' usually deliver on Sundays, they did in this case. Family members told us that the flowers were amazing. We are so pleased. I highly recommend this florist.

    Pam's became my GO-TO florist about 2 years ago, when I first met the lady to whom I am now engaged. Many deliveries have been made; for birthdays, get wells, and mostly "Just Because" and each one as or more beautiful that the previous. My former Florist, Anna @ One Stop did flowers for me for over 35 years, but retired as a result of Hurricane Michael impacts...Am looking foward to at least 35 years of partnership with Pam's Flowers.     This place is by far the worst flower shop I have ever used. I ordered flowers for my wife while over seas. They said they called me 3 times and couldn’t get ahold of me. So they called my wife and said sorry to ruin your surprise but could you come pick up your flowers we are leaving early. My wife gets there and does the social distance part and then leaves and calls me. 16 roses and some ferns. 132 dollars. O and they forgot the chocolates and my wife turns around and then the couple argues in front of her and says we will refund you or bring them to you.

    I ordered $100 with of flowers to be delivered. Got an email saying they were delivered to the hotel in question, but the front desk said nothing was ever delivered. Tried calling Pam’s 6 times in the course of an hour. The first calls went to vm and the rest to a busy signal. Next day tried again and someone answered but never spoke in the 40 seconds I stayed on the line saying “hello?” Tried calling back and the call was declined. Tried calling again and immediate decline. Somethings very fishy with this place and I would recommend staying away.
