    Great Customer Service and beautiful floral designs. Family owned business and they operate a gift store with a nice assortment of gift items, including FSU theme items and Florida. Lots of items for weddings and rental. Love visiting and shopping here. Stop in, drop in, I'm sure you'll find them ready to help you with a smile!

    Hilly Fields did an outstanding job of designing a beautiful sunflower arrangement and personally taking it over for my dear friends memorial. I was extremely proud when I saw the flower arrangement. You cannot go wrong with this florist. They are great.

    I have had a good experience with Hilly Fields Florist & Gifts over many years. This year, however, there seemed to be a disconnect between their company and the one in St. Petersburg (Telefora?). My order wasn't delivered as requested, but the payment had been withdrawn from my MasterCard. I contacted Hilly Fields and was amazed with the kind and courteous concern I received from them. They went immediately to work to resolve the error, even to the point of creating a more beautiful bouquet than I'd ordered. In speaking with the recipient of the flowers, I learned that she was very pleased with them, but she mentioned that they have had trouble with the Teleflora company (on 4th St. N., in St. Petersburg) on prior occasions. I am left wondering if their is a problem with them. I will continue to keep Hilly Fields in my list of Best Choices for Florists. Thank you for this opportunity to speak about my experience. LH

    I thought that the arrangement was beautiful, but looked like it was one or two days pasts its best when I received it. I understand that Valentine's day is busy and some of the arrangements may have been made in advance. I would recommend your florist in the future and hope that the quality would be better on another day.

    The arrangement was beautiful - though some of flowers beginning to decline in the heat of the day. My husband thought that he gets better results and value when he calls in person to request an arrangement (perhaps Janet and Linda have spoiled him). The young man who made the delivery was so personable - a delight. Also, feedback on the orchid order made for friend in Ohio - she was extremely pleased with the quality of the plant.     I ordered the spring daffodils, not even realizing that it was the completely wrong time of the year for them, haha. I was satisfied at how quickly I was contacted due to the situation and changing the selection of flowers, I was very impressed at by only saying I wanted a "pink bouquet" for my girlfriend, and how it resulted, my girlfriend was very happy, which made me happy (because I had no idea what flowers to expect), and I'm completely satisfied.

My only suggestion would be to adjust your website to allow purchase or more than one item on an order. I would definitely use your shop again in the future.
