    This is the first time I've used this Flowerama store. Unfortunately the initial delivery had unacceptable withered flower arrangements. However, the store was contacted about the flawed arrangement. The owner immediately recreated another arrangement, this one was over the top and personally delivered! And very BEAUTIFUL, I was very pleased with the 2nd set of flowers. Impressed by how this was handled and will order from them in the future.

    Flowers were delivered, but not same day as advertised. Apparently you need to order by 1:00 for same day delivery. Was told the delivery driver was done for the day before 5:00.

    We do have to have a cut off time as we make every order as it comes in. We do our best to make sure everyone receives their flowers by the end of business so we can't take orders that late and still make and deliver them before 5. My apologies, the flowers were received the next day by 10am.

He had fought in the Korean War and this day honoured memories of the fallen, but Flowerama assisted me in honouring my living veteran father.     I normally give Flowerama a five star as they have proven to me to be a reputable company that 99% of the time gives me absolutely gorgeous flower arrangements. This last one though had a couple of issues with the small roses. They wilted way too quickly. In the same arrangement were some small yellow flowers, not certain of their name, also wilted too quickly. We watered every other day and trimmed the stems but still got the wilted ones. All of the other flowers, star gazers, carnations etc. are doing great and they smell heavenly.

    This arrangement was a birthday surprise for my sister's 50th birthday. She is the principal at Burlington Elementary so we had it delivered there. Unfortunately she had a medical episode and was taken to the hospital, so her flowers stayed in the office for days without her getting to enjoy them.     I recently sent an arrangement to a funeral which I couldn't attend. I got multiple phone calls and text saying how beautiful they were. They were also delivered in a timely manner, the delivery notice is awesome. I had so much trouble trying to book though a third party website and every time I found an arrangement I liked it would say it was unavailable. I finally gave up and went directly to the flowerama florence website and the process was so easy and the flowers they displayed were what they actually had.     I just want to say how amazing you guys are, I spent 300 dollars at swans for a casket spray for my grandmother that had wilted flowers and was not what I had asked for. I called Swans to pay for extra and new flowers to be added before the funeral service and they denied my request.     Was there a single rose with babies breath added in the basket? I would never know. You know what would be great? If your company took a pic of the finished product and emailed it back b4 they delivered the finished product! :D That's my suggestion. It would be a great form of advertisement as well, and if I were trying to decide between 2 or 3 different florists, I would pick the florist that offers that.
