    Ordered a medium sized dish garden for a memorial. It was a great size and I was pleased with the quality as well as the fact that it was delivered in a beautiful ceramic pot, not plastic, so the family will be able to enjoy it and not have to worry about transplanting it. My only complaint is the extra fees for service, delivery, tax, and tip all as separate line items made the final total more expensive than anticipated.

    The recipient had to go back to the hospital and there was no one home when the flowers were delivered. They made another attempt to deliver at another time and there was still no one home. They called me for advice and then waited till the recipient got home to deliver the arrangement because they would have died if they were left outside in the cold.
