    Met in person with the Root System for funeral flowers for my husband. He was an outdoorsman. After showing a few pictures, Julie delivered awesome designs incorporating pheasant feathers, an antler, pine cones and more. We received so many compliments on the casket spray, easel arrangement and vase arrangement from young grandchildren. Weeks after, people are still complimenting us on how the flowers embodied Ed’s spirit and asked where they had come from. My family thanks you for the time you spent with us and the fantastic job. It was more than we had hoped for!

    so sorry you were disappointed. I followed the recipe...it contained 4 hot pink gerber daisies, 6 yellow tulips, 5 blue iris some lisianthus for more purple,2 yellow iris because I subbed for the button mums we did not have, 3 veronica and a few yellow pom pom..this is MORE than the recipe called for. In actuality our vase arrangement was full all the way around.the photo was most likely a bit deceiving as it is only 2/4 round. I apologize for this misunderstanding. Please try us again. Thank you

    I was in desperate need of getting flowers to my daughter on her birthday. I wasn't going to see her for her birthday and I know flowers would do the trick! Make a happy day. I believed my choices were grand and filled to value. I used 6 white roses , 4 pink CALLA lily, 3 dahlia in place of the mums and others.....to fill to value. You should have seen the disclaimer for subs as needed or called us to request "no subs". Again I apologize.

    I heard about Roots from a friend that lives on the area. I was hesitant to use them initially, but since she gave them such a wonderful recommendation, I decided to give them a try. I ordered a grapevine wreath for my uncle’s funeral. I wanted it customized to reflect the time we spent skiing in VT as a family. Roots did an amazing job.
