    Beautiful flowers, the arrangement was beautiful, but not the color I wanted. It was an extremely important sympathy bouquet. I was disappointed that I only had 2 colors to choose from for roses. Orange is probably my least favorite color of all the rose colors. And it came with a big orange bow. If it had been any other occasion, I wouldn' t have minded as much.

Unfortunately we have been extremely busy and we do not always have several colors available. Due to many growers closing in the past few years the availability of product is not what it used to be. Sometimes, with no notice, we are backordered on product due to shortages.

    The person was very friendly and helpful. They didn’t have what was pictured online so she asked me what colors I wanted and what the occasion was, and created an arrangement that was absolutely gorgeous, according to my friend who was the recipient.     It was such a lovely experience ordering flowers from Lefrancois! After placing my order online I received a call to ask if it was okay if some of the colors in the bouquet weren’t exactly like the photo. I was promised it would still come out beautiful and that’s exactly what it was! My mother was beyond happy with her birthday flowers with balloons attached.
