    Flowers were wilted by the second day and by the fourth pretty much dead. Never had flowers die so quick. After spending close to $100, very dissappointed.

    How can you cut the flower stems and still have the arrangement in tact? Makes no sense to me. Happy with the bouquet that was delivered. Thank you.

    Flower stems are really very sturdy and will stay as placed by the floral designer in the floral foam. You can trim the stems as well to help the flower continue to draw water and replace the flower in the floral foam. Now you know the secrets of the flower shop world!     The picture shows Reds, Pinks, Yellow, Peach but when the arrangement arrived it was all oranges and it looked like a fall bouquet instead of a birthday bouquet. :(

    The flowers arrived in beautiful condition, and were very enjoyable. My arrangement is in my office at work, in a temperature controlled environment, Day 5, the only issue is all the mini roses are wilted and I'm taking them out of the arrangement. The other flowers continue to look pretty good. I've changed the water and added the preservative already.

    I wanted to tell you what great service you have. The day you were unable to deliver to my mom, you called to let me know, which I appreciated very much. Then you waited until she was home to re-deliver. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. My brother used another flower company in Exeter. Even though my mom was not home, they left them on the porch. By the time she got home (a day later), they were dried up and dead. So THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!! I will most definitely use you again in the future and refer people to you whenever I can! :)
