If I recall correctly I did call you to explain that I did not have the peace lily and I would be sending a mixed planter that was actually more expensive but I would give it to you including the Madonna statue for the same price. Upon calling the florist to voice my conserves I was given very good customer service and they sent another arrangement to my mom.
