    I'm sorry you were disappointed. Balloons tend deflate and re-inflate depending upon temperature. When I delivered the balloons they were filled completely.

    You were there in a pinch. My daughter is away in college and I wanted to surprise her with something special for Valentine’s Day. I had an unpleasant experience with 1-800 flowers and didn’t want to go through that again. I searched and found you guys located near her college/apartment and gave you a try. My daughter received her surprise on time and was overjoyed. She said she loved them and got so many compliments. I want to say thank you for coming through on a last minute order and helping to make my daughter feel loved while being away from her family.

    It's always a blind shot when ordering the "Designers Choice" but the flowers I received were some of the most beautiful I've seen. And they still look perfect almost a week later. Karoline has always been very personable and great to work with. I live close to Houston and she's the only florist I use - Even when sending flowers other than close to home!
