    I have been using this florist for a few years now, and they are excellent! Customer service is 5 star and their flowers are beautiful and they get nice selections that you cant find anywhere else. My wife loves orchids and I usually get a bouquet of orchids and other flowers to showcase them well. Steve the owner delivered the last bouquet to our house and he is great. We talked for a bit and he takes customers requests very seriously. I will be using Family Tree Florist as my main florist for sure. Thanks Steve, and my wife loves the flowers.

They didn’t have the plant I ordered online however I was called and asked if another plant would work? The gentleman said the other one is a “really nice plant”.     After a horrendous Mother's Day experience with a different 'online order taker' I tried Family Tree - and was very happy with not only their customer service but with the arrangement itself - I owned my own florist shop for a few years and was very proud of how they handled themselves and the professional arrangement that was delivered.

    I ordered an arrangement from A Family Tree that happened to be out of stock so I received a personal call from Steve and couldn't have been happier with his customer service, friendliness, and the fact he went out of his way to ensure I could pick a different item. He sent a picture directly to my cell phone so I could pick a different item; I'm quite certain the one I picked would have costed more than my original amount but Steve was happy to offer this option at no extra charge!     I have never found a better flower shop than A Family Tree Florist! Since we live in Oregon now, I was worried something would go wrong. The last flower shop I dealt with didn't deliver the flowers for 2 days. But the dedication Steve gave to my order and delivery was astounding! I had asked if they could be delivered for a postal retirement by 8am. Steve went beyond the call of duty to assure me they would be there.
