Special note: Recently, my brother passed away and Willow Branch did a funeral arrangement for me...the flowers were not at the grave-site and I was upset. Willow Branch offered to give me credit for the arrangement, which was extremely sensitive of them. After inquiry, it was determined the cemetery had caused the situation, so I didn't take Willow Branch up on their offer, but how nice and wonderful they were.
