    The funeral piece was beautiful. Customer service was way beyond normal even when I could not see arrangement, he wait on phone until I had funeral parlor find and place both pieces into viewing room, he was gracious and respectful. By far the 2 prettiest and unusual pieces there. People were asking where they came from. Would definitely recommend

    The arrangement was exactly like the picture! Absolutely superb in every way. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the arrangement was delivered late in the day and the driver brought us the wrong bouquet and had my sister not noticed the wrong name, I would have been deeply disappointed. All in all it worked out and the flowers are GORGEOUS!

The only thing that I thought could improve was the pea ship on the hand written note. Maybe they can switch to a computer typed note? But that is minor compared to the beautiful flowers.
