    Tammy and her crew ALWAYS go above and beyond for every order. All of my arrangements have been top tier. She is willing to fix any mistake and rectify any issue that might arise. Customers messaging her praises for her help and full refund then slamming her online are honestly just looking for free products and it’s a shame they do this to a small, amazing, women owned business. Tammy is a staple in our community for her gorgeous work and kind heart. As a business owner myself I hate to see anyone treat her in a negative fashion, especially when they use lies to do so.

    Purchased a bouquet of flowers for my sisters birthday (it was the big 4-0) and left disappointed by a rather disappointing bouquet of what was supposed to be sweet peach sorbet roses, for the amount paid and the picture on the site- it fell very short of expectations! What a shame!

    The flowers were ordered for a birthday surprise. They were never delivered until two days later. The florist called at 6:45 in the morning on a Saturday to arrange the delivery. Disappointed. Will not order from them again.

    Hi Maria, So Unfortunately, We absolutely Did attempt Delivery On The Thursday That the flowers were expected. The recipient was not home and The temperature was 16 degrees, Both My Driver and Myself Called Recipient several Times to Try To set up delivery. The Next Day Was a large snowstorm and Our Shop was closed. As You Wrote, I got in as early as possible to contact the recipient and delivered Flowers to her Door by 8:30 AM . We do Not Control The weather and The flowers would have Frozen had we left Them . When I spoke to the recipient I apologized several times and also brought a bonus

    I ordered flowers to send to a relative in MA. I live in Ohio. I was BEYOND impressed that the store reached out to me twice when my order could not be delivered. Due to the weather being cold they did not want to leave the flowers on the porch. When I asked if they could deliver to my cousins house down the street it was no problem.     My wife loved the flowers for Valentines Day. We were both impressed with the bouquet.When I ordered the website was easy to use, although when I ordered the bow, what I really wanted was a ribbon tied around the vase. Didn't realize that until it was delivered. Maybe a description of where the bow/ and or ribbon goes would be helpful to potential future customers. Overall we were extremely pleased with the product and the delivery. Please thank the delivery person. Would order again in the future.

    I placed this order late in the afternoon on a Friday. There was a note that said if ordered after a certain time same day may not happen, which I was totally okay with. To my surprise within less than two hours the flowers were delivered and I was told how gorgeous they were. Excellent first experience :)

    I called Floristry late yesterday afternoon and explained that I needed flowers sent to good friends since they lost their dad. They were very, very helpful and went above and beyond to get them delivered same day. They even left a thoughtful voice message when they called to let my friends know the flowers were delivered since they weren't home.     Ordering via the website was very easy. Found what I was looking for and placed the order. I called later and spoke with a very pleasant woman who confirmed the order was placed and delivered. Unfortunately these were a birthday present and the front desk at the hotel did not notify the end client until the next day. They ended up being a day late. I do not believe it was the florist fault tho.
